Company History
RAM Technologies, Inc was founded in June of 2008 in Mooresville NC. The owner of RAM, after 12 years in the United States Armed Forces and 15+ years working with both Fortune 40 and small enterprises, decided to open his own consultancy. With a varied back ground in both hardware and software platform implementations, RAM decided to stick with the most popular software on the market BMC. RAM Technologies is a certified BMC Solutions Partner with various size implementations to its credit in a wide variety of business units.
Recently, RAM has become a partner with Salesforce.com and Force.com to add an additional level of knowledge for our customers.
Though we rely on our BMC skill set, RAM also possesses a background in other areas as well, including Business Process Modeling, Business Process Improvement, Process Analysis, Hardware and Software installations and upgrades, Networking (wired and wireless) just to name a few.
Our team consist of personnel that have been trained by BMC and have 12+ years of hands on experience with all of their products. We perform all areas of a project from Project Management to Business Analysis to Programming and Testing to Quality Control.
